Suzanne has successfully blended an award-winning career in higher education with a passion for Service Management. She understands the dynamics of how people learn and the best vehicles for content retention. She has developed and received accreditation of her own IT Service Management educational programs.
Perhaps her greatest strength is developing training curriculum that is industry specific. This unique approach gives students practical, real life case studies that enable them to bring best practices to their respective organizations. Large (Fortune 100/500 companies) or small, SED-IT's client companies have benefited from her proprietary education approach. Her work has been recognized in industry as Dr. Van Hove was the 2011 receipient of the itSMF USA Industry Knowledge award and in 2013, Lifetime Achievement.

Dwight has over 30 years of executive level business and IT experience. He is a recognized industry speaker and has authored numerous articles and ITIL® training materials. Dwight’s career in business development for major corporations uniquely prepared him for IT Service Management leadership.
He is able to guide organizations through the delicate balance of internal applications and actual field execution. Like all members of the SED-IT consortium, collaboration and creativity guide his work. It is why clients and peers alike have called him an artist – an artist of change.

In Marc's 40 year career, he acquired massive experience as a manager at different levels, a human resources manager for a 1000 employee very diversified organization, and provided consulting in organizational development. Always driving to utilize an effective and efficient approach to managing people and organizations, Marc has addressed the world of IT, in the last 20 years, with a continual improvement/continual learning philosophy.
Marc's rich background has served him well -- utilizing his natural skills (energy, humor and the ability to simplify concepts) coupled with the guidance of international standards, he has developed a successful consultancy, providing training and coaching to large and small organizations, both public and private. Marc is an expert in multiple standards including ISO 9000 series, ISO/IEC 20000 (IT Service Management), ISO 38500 (Governance of IT), ISO/IEC 27002 (Security). As such, Marc is the former Secretary of the international Working Group writing the ISO/IEC standards and a member of several different international governance groups.
Presently Marc is presently offering Executive level consultancy, manager coaching and training. Marc also acts as Vice-chair for Canada and technical expert for some Canadian and International IT standards, reviewer of ITSM books and training material and the only fluent English and French Auditor for the new series of IT Very Small Entity standard, ISO/IEC 29110-4-1.
